Luego de la firma del convenio respectivo, se aguardan precisiones para poner en marcha en nuestra ciudad el programa provincial “Viviendas Semillas”, permitiendo la construcción de 20 unidades habitacionales de ese tipo en nuestra ciudad.
Es un complemento del programa municipal de vivienda y hábitat (Acceso a la tierra, Pro.Coo.Mu.Vi., Construyamos Juntos, etc.) y otras gestiones que por el mismo tema se hacen ante Nación.
Las inscripciones no están abiertas aún, por lo que los requisitos y mayor información complementaria se brindarán en el momento que se habilite el registro.
Entre todos los inscriptos las 20 viviendas se sortearán ante Escribano Público, dando así la mayor transparencia en su adjudicación.
Por ahora, el municipio está completando la faz administrativa entre provincia y municipio, aguardándose ahora el kit de materiales y una suma de dinero para la mano de obra que permitirá la construcción de las viviendas.
En ese sentido, el secretario de Coordinación de Gabinete, Ernesto Borrageros, adelantó que será el municipio el que construya las viviendas y en terrenos municipales, por lo que cada uno de los beneficiarios tendrá acceso al lote y a la casa, más los servicios de agua, cloacas, energía eléctrica, alumbrado público y cordón cuneta.
La cuota mensual de cada titular, estará por debajo de los alquileres de mercado. El terreno es de importantes dimensiones por lo que se podrá ampliar esa vivienda de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada familia.
Por su parte, el secretario de Desarrollo Social, Horacio Pelletti, aconsejó guiarse por la información que emita la Municipalidad a través de su página oficial, ya que el contenido que brinda la Provincia no coincide con la planificación actual por los cambios que hubo con la firma del nuevo convenio
Destacó que el programa está orientado a la clase media con ocupación laboral y por otra parte, remarcó que el municipio también aportará la dirección técnica, terreno y una suma importante de dinero en la construcción de las viviendas, para que estas estén a disposición de las familias beneficiadas en el menor tiempo posible.
